PETER BLAKE
Peter Blake is a native Aussie who was born into a preacher's family and accepted Christ as His personal Savior as a young boy. After surrendering to the gospel ministry in his late teenage years, he went overseas to study missions at Northland Baptist Bible College. Pete then travelled with the Steve Pettit Evangelistic Team for three years before gaining a graduate degree from Bob Jones University (where he also met his wife, Jessica). In 2001, he and his family returned to begin missionary work in Australia. They currently assist in the preaching and music ministries of Ingham Independent Baptist Church, direct the ministry of Camp Benaiah, and engage in chaplaincy work in the Australian public school system. The Lord has blessed Pete and Jessica with 4 children: Nathan, Abby, Jeremy and Christa. Pete's burden is for revival amongst God's people and the continued spread of the gospel throughout Australia.
