Contact!

What message is Contact sending?

We hope that this presentation causes you to acknowledge that there is one true Creator God and to inquire as to Who this God is.

Jeremiah 29:13 – And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

We believe there are two foundational spiritual questions that far surpass all others: Is there a God? Has this God spoken? The answer to both those questions is a resounding "YES!" There is one God, and that this one God has revealed Himself generally through Creation and man's conscience (sense of right and wrong), and has revealed Himself specifically through the Old and New Testaments of Scripture.

"Contact" is a presentation about the Christian doctrine of general revelation.  Whether one has enjoyed the privilege of hearing a preacher carefully articulate the Bible, or whether they have never once heard the name “Jesus Christ,” all people who have ever lived on Earth have been exposed to God’s revelation of Himself as almighty Creator. The testimony of the created universe is so clear that nobody could ever claim a legitimate excuse for failing to acknowledge that God is real. We are all accountable to answer to Him and to seek after Him.

“Creation’s Voice” graciously confronts viewers to stop, look, and listen carefully to the message that “nature” has been broadcasting for thousands of years. We must pay attention to the greatest Reality that ever was or ever will be: GOD.

To deny the existence of God is to push back the knowledge that can readily be known about Him and engage in self-deception.

Romans 1:18-21 -- For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold [suppress] the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath showed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

Who created the universe and all things in it?

The triune God of the Bible created everything in the universe. He has revealed Himself in the Person of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is fully man and fully God, and is truly Lord over all.

Philippians 2:10-11 – That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Colossians 1:16 – For by him [Jesus Christ] were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Is God, the Designer, still active within His Creation?

God is a personal, knowable God who is active within His Creation at all times. We believe that if God were to remove His gracious, sustaining hand from His Creation, all life as we know it would cease immediately. The creature desperately needs the Creator!

Acts 17:24-28 – God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: For in him we live, and move, and have our being.

Is that big explosion at the beginning representative of a "Big Bang"?

No. It is the artist’s rendition of a supernova event. We don’t believe in a "Big Bang." We believe in a big GOD.
